FAQs
1. What if I feel I fit more than one category?
At this time ItsACity only allows you to choose one category, please choose the one that you feel BEST fits your business or represents the largest part of it. In your profile page please feel free to discuss all aspects of your business.
2. I forgot my business login password or username.
In the business login section simply click forgot password and enter your username, we will send you an e-mail with your password. If you forgot your user name please use the contact us section and tell us your business, city and who you are, we will send you your user name.
3. Do I have to pay for my business profile?
No, you can create your profile, have a blog, list events and much more for free!
4. My logo and banner are not showing up?
Be sure your logo is saved in RGB color format not CMYK.
5. Maps are displaying Palo Alto, California or saying that the address cannot be found.
Google Maps requires that Javascript is turned on in your web-browser for their maps to work. Business owners please be sure you have filled in your address correctly on, that would give you an error.When Google maps cannot find an address it defaults to Palo Alto, CA, thats the Google headquarters.
